I have a brand new K It worked perfectly on Monday, not so good on Tuesday, and now today it has completely stopped working. Electrical contact cleaner may also be appropriate here. Use battery tester to confirm if removed battery ML has any charge at all. It may need a new battery, but also could just be a dirty contact in the battery tray. Boards has had plenty of light to charge. No red or green light when light level key activated.
Is there still power when it disconnects from unify receiver? I believe it could be a battery fault or the board itself. I will take your advice, I hope this will help.
I unpaired it, but to pair it back took me at least 15 minutes, because receiver was not getting a keyboard. Thank you again!! I am having the same problem with my K - it regulary types some letters by itself, later when I press one button, it gives on screen one more additional letter, which can be different from the letter I pressed on keyboard.Īlso, after minutes my keybard doesnt connect to unifying receiver.
